烤烟新式烤房研究Ⅰ.微电热密集烤房的研制

摘    要:为改善烤烟生产设备,提高烤烟质量,用微电热技术研制了新式密集烤房,烘烤试验结果表明:新式烤房装烟叶密度大,为气流上升式烤房(对照)的2.4倍,热效率高,操作方便,提高了烟叶烘烤质量,烤后烟叶色泽鲜明,弹性好,油分足,上等烟比例是对照的2.8倍,并且改善了劳动环境,减轻了劳动强度。

Abstract:Flue curing is a term that describes the heating system used in early curing barns. The new type microelectrothermal bulk barn which was 300 cm in width,280 cm in height,and 800 cm in length was successfully trial produced in Hunan Province in 1996.In this barn, the microelectrothermal cells which could efficiently transform electric energy into heat energy were used for heating. The results of the curing tests in 1996 at two locations were as follows: a conventional barn could be loaded with green leaves to a density of 20 kg/m 3 ,while a microelectrothermal bulk barn increased this figure to 48 kg/m 3 . The heat utilization,ventilation and temperature control in the bulk barn were more efficient than that in the conventional barn. The quality of cured leaves from the microelectrothermal bulk barn was better than that from the conventional barn because they were brigther in color, more flexible and contained more oil. The rate of the first class cured leaves is 2.8 times than that of the control. This barn also helped to improve the working enviroment and reduce the labor intensity.
