蜜炼鲜西洋参补液化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究蜜炼鲜西洋参补液的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析对化合物进行分离和纯化,并通过TLC、UV、NMR等波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定出10个化合物,分别为:麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3-醇(1)、豆甾醇(2)、儿茶酚(3)、大豆苷(4)、异甘草素(5)、拟人参皂苷F1(16)、20(S)-原人参二醇(7)、20(S)-人参皂Rg(38)、20(R)-人参皂苷Rg(39)、人参皂苷Re(10)。结论以上化合物均系首次自该产品中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of the liquid supplements of fresh Radix Panscis Quinquefolii refined with hon-ey.Method We separated and purified these compounds by column chromatography of silica gel and conformed their structure by TLC, UV and NMR.Result The structure of ten compounds were conformed, they were:7,22-dien-3-ergosterol(1), stigmasterol(2), catechol(3), daidzin(4), isoliquiritigenin(5), psuedo-ginsenoside-F11(6), 20(S)-protopanaxadiol(7),20(S)-ginsenoside-Rg3(8),20(R)-ginsenoside-Rg3(9),ginsengo side-Re(10).Conclusion These compounds were first obtained from the liquid supplements of fresh American ginseng refined with honey.
