| 摘 要： | 通过对近5年来参加贵州省区试的103个杂交籼稻组合主要品质性状的统计分析表明:贵州近年在水稻优质育种方面取得了明显进展,出糙率、直链淀粉、胶稠度、垩白度等指标,约90%参试品种达标;长宽比指标,68%参试品种达标;整精米率、垩白粒率等指标,约50%参试品种达标.表明,提高整精米率、降低垩白粒率难度较大.因此,进一步抓好贵州水稻优质育种,重点是提高杂交水稻新组合整精米率和降低垩白率.

| Abstract: | The results from analyzing main quality characters of 103 tested indica hybrid rice varieties in Guizhou regional tests during 2004 to 2008 indicated that the rice quality breeding has made considerable progress in Guizhou.The hulled rice rate,amylase content,gel consistency and chalkiness degree of about 90% tested varieties meet the standard and the length/ width ratio of about 60% tested rice varieties meets the standard.The head rice rate and chalkiness rice rate of about 50% tested rice varieties meet ... |
