摘    要:以9个草地早熟禾Poa pratensis品种为材料,夏季在南京田间观测了各品种的草坪盖度、密度、表观质量、SPAD值和叶宽变化动态,实验室测定了叶片含水量和质膜透性。结果表明,随着夏季高温伏旱强度的增加和持续时间的延长,各品种的草坪盖度、密度、综合质量、SPAD值、叶片组织含水量均持续显著下降,叶片质膜透性变大,叶片宽度变化并不显著。通过层次聚类分析,供试的9个草地早熟禾品种对高温的反应可分为3类,第1类是Park和Bluemoon,耐热性弱;第2类是Total、Award、America、Nuglade和Liberator,耐热性中等;第3类是Barrister和Nudesting,耐热性强。

Abstract:Nine Poa pratensis varieties were used to investigate their turf qualities including changes of turf coverage,tiller density,turf quality,SPAD,leaf width in the field during summer of Nanjing,and physiological characteristics such as water content and membrane permeability in leaves were measured in lab.
