重庆市优质稻气候资源及其开发利用研究

摘    要:在分析优质稻生长发育与气象条件关系,影响水稻品质的主要气候因子,重庆市优质稻气候资源状况及其分布的基础上,进一步分析了重庆市优质栽培的气候资源优势和主要气候问题,最后从开展精细化优质稻气候生态区划,利用气候资源优势建立优质稻生产基地,选用与气候生态特点相适应的高产、优质、抗病良种,采取与气候特点相适应的综合栽培技术,加强优质稻生产、加工、销售配套体系建设,加强科技创新,为优质稻产业提供技术支撑等方面提出了充分利用气候资源优势,发展重庆市优质稻产业的途径和措施.

Abstract:This paper studies the relationship between the growth and development of high-quality rice and meteorological conditions, analyzes the main climatic factors which influence the quality of rice, and discusses the climatic resources for the cultivation of high-quality rice and their distribution in Chongqing. Based on such analyses, it points out the advantages and disadvantages of climate in Chongqing. An ecoclimatic regionalization for high quality production is developed. The paper proposes that the advantages of the climatic resources should be fully used, and high-yielding, good-quality and disease-resistant rice cultivars suitable to the local eco-climatic conditions and their corresponding agronomic practices should be adopted. The construction of a complete system integrating cultivation, processing and marketing of highquality rice should be speeded up and scientific innovation should be promoted so as to provide technological support to the high-quality industry in Chongqing.
