造林再造林项目碳汇能力有效性判别

摘    要:为了应对因大气中CO2含量大幅增加而导致的全球气候变暖,通过造林再造林增加森林CO2吸收汇,已成为减少CO2排放之外的一项重要措施.造林再造林项目的碳汇能力会受制于与其相关的碳基线、碳泄漏和碳汇非持久性3个主要因素,因而引出项目碳汇能力的有效性问题.以此3个主要因素作为判别指标,构建造林或再造林项目碳汇能力有效性判别体系,并详细分析各指标的识别与计量技术.最后提出判别造林或再造林项目碳汇能力有效性的方法.

Abstract:It is a main measure to extend the carbon sequestration of forests by way of afforestation and reforestation for the sake of solving the global warming caused by the sharp increase of CO2 content in the atmosphere.
