摘    要:目的]确定从木棉花中提取黄酮类化合物的优化条件。方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验对微波辅助提取木棉花中黄酮类化合物的工艺条件进行了探讨。结果]木棉花中黄酮类化合物的微波辅助提取的最佳条件为:微波处理时间为100s、微波功率为240W、乙醇的体积分数为60%、料液比为1∶40,在此条件下测得木棉花中黄酮类化合物含量为4.79%,常规提取法黄酮类化合物含量为4.07%。结论]微波提取效果优于常规提取法,这为更好地开发和利用木棉花资源提供了试验和理论依据。

Study on Micowave-assisted Extraction of Total Flavonoids from the Flower of Gossampinus malabarica (DC.) Merr.

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed at confirming the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from the flower of Gossampinus malabarica (DC.) Merr. Method] The technological conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids were investigated by the single factor and orthogonal test. Result] The optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction were as follows :microwave extraction time of 100 S,microwave power of 240 W,alcohol concentration of 60% and material-liquid ratio of 1:40,with which the concent of total flavoniods from the flower of Gossampinus malabarica (DC.) Merr. was 4.79%. The content of total flavonoids was 4.07% extracted with convention method. Conclusion]The Microwave-assisted extraction was superior to the conventional method,and this study would provide experimental and theoretical evidence for the utilization of Gossampinus malabarica (DC.) Merr..
