板栗长短径的实时光学检测算法

摘    要:研究基于顶点链码的边界跟踪算法,建立板栗图像区域的最小外接矩形(MER),长和宽分别代表板栗长径和短径。用实测法和预测法分别测量10组板栗样品的长、短径。两种测量结果最大绝对误差为1.2mm,最大相对误差不超过5%。在同一计算条件下,基于顶点链码的MER法的计算时间为普通MER法的1/3。

Abstract:A new algorithm based on vertex chain codes was presented to track the edge of a chestnut object in the image.The algorithm finds the minimum enclosing rectangle(MER) of the object whose longitudinal radius and lateral radius represent length and width of a chestnut respectively.To verify measurement accuracy,10 groups of samples were selected for test.Experimental results show that the maximum error is 1.2 mm and maximum relative error is less than 5% between experimental data and predicted ones.Under the same computational condition,calculation time of MER algorithm based on vertex chain code is about one-third of conventional MER algorithm.
