摘    要:本文介绍了薄荷的特性、栽培技术及用途,表明它在我们日常生活中起着重要的作用。用薄荷的组织培养方法可加速其繁殖系数,以达到迅速应用的目的。

Abstract:The mint tissue culture and rapid propagation morphogenesis were investigated. The culture media employed include: MS for induction, MS 6BA 2.0 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L for morphogenesis and 1/2 MS 6 BA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L for roots growth. The approach is induction of morphogenesis, roots growth, transferring to vermiculite-sand and culture-soil. The survival rate reach 98% by using this technique. We also described here characterics, types, breed and application of mint.
