| 摘 要： | 办好自然科学学报是推进科学技术发展的一项重要工作。作者从长期实践经验出发，分析了高校自然科学学报主编的任务、职责、质量生命线、学报编辑部的构成、编辑人员自身素养以及经济支撑等问题，提出了切中时弊的看法，言简意赅。有一定的理论意义和实践意义。

| Abstract: | To runa journal of natural sciences well is an important task to bring about a great advance in development of science and technology. In this paper, the author, on the basis of his long practice and experience, analyses such problems as the mission for the chief editor of a university journal of natural sciences, the responsibility, the lifeline of quality, the constitution of the editoral office and the self-cultivation of the editors as well as the financial support, and puts forward his personal views, precise and to the point, to hit the nail on the head of the drawbacks of some articles published or unpublished, which has a certain sense in theory and practice. |
