羊种布鲁氏菌分子生物学研究进展

摘    要:综述了近年来羊种布鲁氏菌的研究概况,着重介绍了羊种布鲁氏菌基因组、致病因子、致病机理以及分子生物学检测方法等方面的研究进展,并对未来的研究发展趋势提出见解,为最终使该菌所引发的相关疾病得到有效控制提供参考.

Abstract:Brucellosis is a major zoonotic disease that causes abortion in wild and domestic animals and Malta or undulant fever in humans. Brucella melitensis is a major zoonotic bacteria that causes Malta fever in humans. With the development of molecular biology, the studies on Brucella melitensis become more interested. This review (represented) the developments in Brucella melitensis,introduced the characteristics of genome, virulence factors, virulence machinery, detect methods of Brucella melitensis, discussed the trends of further study on Brucella melitensis. All these can provide some references for the study on Brucella melitensis.
