大麦核质互作雄性不育三系的选育和杂种优势研究

摘    要:通过大麦核质互作雄性不育三系的选育,主要研究了不育的保持与育性的恢复;花粉败育的细胞学观察;三系及杂种不同时期酯酶同工酶的表现;开花性状;不同棱型杂交组合的杂种优势。另外,就大麦杂优的未来发展作了展望。

Abstract:In this paper, selection and breeding for three line of karcytoplasmic male sterility in barley are reported. Besides, the paper concerns in studies of maintenance of sterility and restoration of fertility, cytological observation of pollen abortion, the eaterase isozyrnes of three lines and hybrid at different development stages, comparison of microstrultures and flowening characteristies between the fertitle and male infertitle lines; the heterosis of combinations with same or different row types Finally, heterosis utilization in the future of barley were discussed.
