| 摘 要： | 以金钟连翘带芽茎段为外植体,基于MS培养基,添加不同浓度的6-BA和IBA进行离体培养。初代培养的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L。增殖和生根的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L。

| Abstract: | With shoot segments containing auxiliary buds of Forsythia viridissima as explants,MS was used as the basic medium with different concentration of 6-BA and IBA.The results showed that the initial medium was MS+ 6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L,and the proliferation medium and the rooting medium was MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+ NAA 0.1mg/L,which established the tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Forsythia viridissima. |
