反硝化细菌的筛选及应用研究

摘    要:从天津市等地的菜园土中筛选出6株具有较强反硝化能力的菌株,可使柠檬酸盐培养基中硝酸盐浓度降低30%~80%,其中以F1401效果最好。对F1401在农田灌溉水中的硝酸盐降解能力进行测定,结果表明,在静置条件下,随着YB培养基培养的F1401菌液投入量的增加,硝酸盐降解效果越明显,并且对于硝酸根浓度为150 mg/kg的农田灌溉水,2mL菌液是最佳投入量。

Abstract:6 bacterium strains of highly denitrifying capability were screened from Tianjin garden soils.They could decrease 30% ~ 80% nitrate concentration in citrate culture medium.Especially the strain of F1401 had the best effect in the six strains.Denitrifying capability of F1401 in the farmland irrigation water was determined.The results showed that the denitrifying rates increased with in-oculated amount increasing under the condition of standing,and 2 mL fluid was the best to the nitrate concentration of 150 mg/kg.
