森林产值计算方法探索

<正>森林能产出木材,并能提供木材以外的林产品和林付产品;森林还能涵养水源、保持水土、防风固沙、调节气候、净化空气、美化环境等等社会公益。因此,森林产值除包括林木和其它各种营林有形产品产值,还应包括森林无形功能社会公益产值。后者计算方法国外大致有替代价值法、费用价值法和政策价值法。据日本有关资料表明,森林一年社会公益,相当于日本1972年全年的财政预算金额。还有一些国家如美国、芬兰亦进行过这种统计。

STUDY ON THE METHOD TO CALCULATE OUTPUT VALUE OF FORESTS

This paper approaches the method to calculate the output value of man-planted forests, introduucing the compound-interest and 1he simple-interest method.The compound-intrest method is used to calculate high cost of afforestation on poor land as well as the profit rate higher than the interest rate of the ban-k loans to forestry and industry, and the subsidy to the loss of forest tree, while the simpie-interest method is used to calculate the outstriping p-art of forest tree, the rotation logging of which is over 40 years.
