加工番茄的选育及栽培技术研究

摘    要:品番茄1号是利用英国引进的优异番茄种质资源B2000-8和特异番茄种质材料98-24选配而成的适宜加工及鲜食的番茄新品种。其果肉较厚、抗裂、耐压、耐贮运、加工性状好,可溶性固形物含量达到5.4%,番茄红素含量达到92 mg/kg FW,果实硬度0.6 kg/cm2,抗病性强,公顷产量达到6.75万~7.50万kg。栽培技术要求育苗苗龄55~60 d。太原地区移苗定植在晚霜过后即5月10~20日,不宜与茄子、辣椒等茄科蔬菜连作。浇水施肥并重,采用双秆整枝。

Abstract:Pin tomato NO.1,a new tomato variety suitable for processing and eating raw,is developed by the excellent resource of tomato germ plasm B2000-8 introduced from Britain and the special material of tomato germ plasm 98-24.It possesses thick flesh,resistance to cracking and pressure,durable for storage and transportation and good processing characters.It contains 5.4% soluble solid and 92 mg/kg FW lycopene with 0.6 kg/cm2 fruit hardness and strong resistance.The yield per hectare reaches 67 500~75 000 kg.The planting requests seedling age of 55~60 days.Seedling transplanting in Taiyuan happened in May 10 th~20 th after the late frost.It is not appropriate to plant together with the Solanaceae vegetables such as pepper and eggplant.The watering and fertilization need equal attention and the dual-pruning should be adopted.
