樱桃砧木的茎尖培养和快速繁殖

摘    要:以优良樱桃砧木“COL_t”品种为试材,筛选出分化和增殖的培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5mg/l+蔗糖30g/l+琼脂7g/l,丛芽分生数达到9以上。确定良好的生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 1.0mg/l+蔗糖20g/l+琼脂7g/l,生根率可达80%,移栽成活率可达95%以上。初步建立了茎尖培养快速繁殖“COLt”苗木的技术程序,为实际应用开辟了新途径。

Abstract:Based on experimental material of choice cherry stock COL , the culture medium of MS+ 6 - BA0.5 mg/L + sucrose 30 g/L + agar 7 g/L was screened out used to differentiate and multiply and differentiating quantities of buds up to more 9. Meanwhile, the inducing rate on culture medium of 1/2MS+ IBA 1.0 mg/L+ sucrose 20 g/L+ agar 7g/L being responsible for root growth up to 80 % and the survival rate by transplanting up to more than 95 % were accounted for the optimum one. The technical process of rapid propagation with stem tip was primary established and explored a new pathway for practical application.
