摘    要:
车架是电动汽车整体受力的基体,其受力状态复杂,采用有限元方法可以对车架的动态性能进行较为准确的分析,为车架设计提供指导。针对某电动汽车的车架结构,首先利用CATIA建立其3D模型,然后以igs格式导入到HyperWorks中,在HyperWorks中进行几何清理、抽取中面以及划分壳网格,最后在Optistruct求解器中求出该车架在自由状态下的前二十阶频率。仿真结果表明,车架的一阶模态频率与激振频率相近,故需要对车架的结构进行优化。

Abstract:
Electric vehicle frame is a vehicle's main bearing component, whose bearing state is complex. Therefore, a finite element method is proposed to be applied in the dynamic analysis which will provide guidance of the frame structure. Taking the frame structure of an electric vehicle as the research object, the 3D model is constructed by CATIA, and then the model is imported into HyperWorks as igs format. Geometry clean-up, surface extracting and shell mesh division could be done to the model. At last, the first twenty order inherent frequency and the main vibration modes are obtained through Optistruct solver. Simulation results show that the first frequency of the frame is very close to the excitation frequency, so that it is necessary to optimize the frame's structure.
