| 摘 要： | “阳光体育运动”是新时期加强青少年体育意识，增强青少年体质的战略举措。在此背景下，从心理学、行为学和社会学的角度出发，运用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法，对河北省普通高校大学生体育活动现状及影响因素进行研究，并提出相关建议与对策。

| Abstract: | "Sunshine Sports"is a strategic initiative in the new period to strengthen the awareness of youth sports and to enhance their physical fitness.In this context,the paper develops from a psychological ,behavioral and social point of view,using questionnaires,interviews,etc.to do a research on the status of college sports and its affecting factors in colleges and universities of Hebei Province,with the purpose of providing an advice and some countermeasures. |
