NaCl胁迫对嫁接茄子幼苗生长、抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的影响

摘    要:研究了100mmol/L NaCl胁迫对嫁接茄子幼苗生长、抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明:NaCl胁迫下,嫁接苗生长受抑制程度显著低于自根苗;嫁接苗超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性以及脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均显著上升,以上指标均显著高于自根苗;MDA含量和O2.-产生速率显著增加,嫁接苗含量显著低于自根苗。以上结果表明:NaCl胁迫下嫁接苗有较高的抗氧化酶活性和较低的氧化损伤,从而增强茄子的耐盐性。

Abstract:Greenhouse experiments with grafted eggplant seedlings were carried out under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress to study the effects of NaCl stress on the growth,antioxidant enzyme activities and osmoregulatory substance of the seedlings.The results showed that the inhibiting effect of NaCl stress on the growth of grafted seedlings was significantly less than that on the growth of self-root seedlings;The SOD,POD,CAT and APX activities,and proline and soluble sugar contents of grafted seedlings were significantly increased and significantly higher than those of self-root seedlings;The MDA contents and O2·-producing rate significantly increased,but the contents of grafted seedlings were significantly lower than those of self-root seedlings.The above results indicated that the grafted seedlings under NaCl stress were higher in antioxidant enzyme activities and less in oxidative damage and so had higher salt tolerance.
