| 摘 要： | 随着工业化进程的不断加快，农村土地征用在所难免，国家在不同时期提出了相应的土地征用政策。该文通过对不同土地时期征地制度改革发展进程评述，指出我国征地制度改革中存在的问题，并提出相应解决对策，以期为新时期的征地制度提供参考。

| Abstract: | Rural land expropriation is inevitable with process of accelerative industrialization in China.Different land expropriation policies were proposed in different periods.Reform process of land expropriation system was commented in different land periods.Some questions and their counter measurements of reform were stated in China.It provides a reference for land expropriation system in new period. |
