摘    要:新疆是我国典型的干旱半干旱农区,玉米在生育期内遇到干旱胁迫会使产量大幅度下降.筛选抗旱的玉米品种,对在干旱地区和干旱年份选择种植适宜的抗旱玉米品种具有重要指导意义.研究采用玉米开花期干旱胁迫法,以经济产量为主要性状,结合株高、穗位高、ASI、有效穗数、穗粒数、千粒重等形态生理性状,用抗旱性指数(DTIg)作为玉米品种抗旱性鉴定与评价的良好指标,用品种耐旱指数(DTIv)来筛选抗旱品种.对新疆正在推广种植的13个玉米品种进行了抗旱性鉴定、评价和筛选.鉴定出先玉335、新玉29号抗旱性较强,初步筛选出先玉335、郑单958、Sc704、新玉29号等品种适宜在新疆干旱地区和干旱年份种植.

Abstract:Xinjiang is a typical arid and semi - arid agricultural area in China.The drought stress caused the corn greatly decrease its yield in the growth period.Screening of the corn varieties with drought resistance and guiding the farmers to select the drought - resistant corn varieties to be planted in the arid area and in the drought years were of a great importance.The main traits about economic yield,such as morpho - physiological traits of plant height,ear height,ASI,effective ear number,ear grains,1 000 grain weight etc.were identified,assessed and screened by the drought - resistant index(DTIg) as the index of the drought resistance of the corn varieties.The drought - resistant corn varieties were screened by the index of drought - resistance.The drought - resistance of 13 corn varieties being popularized in Xinjiang were identified,assessed and screened.Some corn varieties were identified such as Xianyu 335,Xinyu 29 with higher drought - resistance.The Xianyu 335,Zhengdan 958,Sc704, Xinyu 29 etc.were initially screened which were suitable to be planted in the arid area and in the drought years in Xinjiang.
