不同禾谷镰刀菌对小麦产量及其主要性状的影响

摘    要:赤霉病是影响小麦产量的主要病害之一,为了降低小麦赤霉病引起的产量损失,以不同抗性小麦品种为材料,于小麦扬花期接种不同致病性禾谷镰刀菌,研究其对小麦产量的影响。结果表明:病粒率与千粒重、产量均呈显著负相关(r=-0.807 9**;r=-0.785 7**),千粒重与产量之间呈极显著正相关(r=0.922 1**)。不同菌株对各品种产量、病粒率和千粒重的影响差异较大,以11#菌株对各品种病粒率的影响最大,并使小麦千粒重显著降低;以西科2号产量的变化率受不同菌株的影响最大,其变化范围为10.87%~33.26%。

Abstract:Wheat scab is one of the important diseases in China.It is important to carry out research on yield loss due to wheat scab.The flowering wheatears were inoculated with the different Fusarium graminearum bacterial strain at the blooming stage.The results showed that the rate of diseased grain had extremely notable negative relationship to 1000-grain weight(r=-0.8079**) and yield(r=-0.7857**),and notable positive relationship existed between 1000-grain weight and yield(r=0.9221**).Different Fusarium graminearum affected yield,rate of diseased grains and 1000-grain weight.The study indicated that 11# bacterial strain was the most influential factors to the rate of diseased grains among tested Fusarium graminearum,and the 1000-grain weight was significantly reduced by the artificial inoculation with 11# bacterial strain.There was most influential to the variety rate of the yield of variety,XI-KE number 2 was most affected by the bacteria,and the yield variation range was 10.87%-33.26%.
