摘    要:以21个裸燕麦品种(河北省17个、其他省区4个)和7个皮燕麦品种(河北省6个、甘肃省1个)为试验材料,在张家口坝上进行种植,对其生长性状、籽实产量、蛋白质含量、脂肪含量和纤维素含量等进行了测定。结果表明:裸燕麦品种的蛋白质含量、脂肪含量、油酸含量和亚油酸含量较皮燕麦高,籽实产量和总膳食纤维含量显著〈皮燕麦品种。裸燕麦品种坝莜6号、花早2号、宁莜1号、蒙燕833-1-1、坝莜8号具有高蛋白、高脂肪特性;而皮燕麦品种坝燕4号、坝燕6号、冀张燕3号具有低脂肪、低蛋白、高籽实产量特性。综合表现较好的燕麦品种有坝莜6号、花早2号、宁莜1号、坝莜8号、坝莜12号、坝莜5号、冀张莜6号和H44。

Abstract:21 naked oat varieties(17 accessions from Hebei Province and 4 accessions from other provinces) and 7 common oat varieties(6 accessions from Hebei Province and 1 accession from Gansu Province) were planted in Bashang Area of Zhangjiakou,and the growth traits,yield,protein content,fat content and fiber content were determined.The results showed that the protein content and fat content of naked oat varieties were higher than those of common ones.The yield and total dietary fiber content of common varieties were significantly higher,and the oleic acid content and linoleic acid content were lower than those of naked ones.The naked oat varieties Bayou No.6,Huazao No.2,Ningyou No.1,Mengyan 833-1-1 and Bayou No.8 had the characteristics of high protein and high fat,while the common varieties Bayan No.4,Bayan No.6 and Jizhangyan No.3 had the characteristics of low fat,low protein and high seed yield.Overall performence of the better varieties were Bayou No.6,Huazao No.2,Ningyou No.1,Bayou No.8,Bayou No.12,Bayou No.5,Jizhangyan No.6 and H44.
