摘    要:在分析了谷物干燥过程热工特性及影响干燥机出口谷物含水量的关键因素基础上,提出了谷物含水量在线检测和模糊神经网络预测控制方法,开发了谷物参数在线检测与智能预测控制软件,解决了谷物干燥过程含水量预测控制问题。

Abstract:Grain drying process is a typical thermal process with characteristics of multi variables, long delayed time and nonlinear. It is hardly to find an accurate mathematical model for a grain drying process and very difficult to obtain an ideal control by the traditional control methods. In this paper, the thermal characteristics of grain drying process and the key factors influencing the grain moisture content were analyzed. On the basis of the results, an on line measurement and fuzzy neural network prediction control method of grain parameters was put forward. Finally, an on line measurement and intelligent prediction control software of grain parameters was developed, which supplied us with an application tool to accomplish on line measurement and intelligent prediction control for a grain drying process.
