摘    要:本研究以去盲肠鸡和改良的“TME”法测定了发酵血粉和蒸煮血粉的氨基酸利用率。结果表明,除蛋氨酸外,鸡对发酵血粉的氨基酸利用率显著高于蒸煮血粉(P<0.05)。发酵血粉是一种值得开发利用和推广的蛋白质饲料。

Abstract:Apparent and true amino and acid digestibility (AAAD and TAAD) contents of fermented blood meal(FBL) and cooking blood meal (CBL) were determined with caecetomized cockerels. The values ofTAAD for FBL ranged from 71.6% to 91.4% for each of 17 amino acids. The values of TAAD for CBLranged from 36.5% to 93.2%. The values of AAAD and TAAD of FBL for each of 17 amino acids ex-cept for trytophan, methionine were significant higher than those of CBL (P<0. 05 ) . FBL is a proteinfeedstuff which is worth extending production and using in chicken diets.
