成都市“十二五”现代农业科技发展战略研究Ⅱ

科学谋划重点任务是推进成都“十二五”现代农业科技发展的关键。采用文献调查与实地调查、定性与定量相结合的方法，提出了成都“十二五”现代农业科技发展的重点任务。主要有六大重点任务-构建现代农业技术链、培育壮大优势特色产业、建设农业科研总部并辐射农业“二带三圈”、搭建农业科技服务平台、强化农业高新技术应用、建设世界现代田园城市示范线。通过工程模式、集成推进，为把成都打造成为全国领先的现代农业示范区提供科技支撑。

The Study of Modern Agricultural Sci-tech Development Strategyof Chengdu in the“Twelfth Five-Year”

Scientific design on key tasks was the key of boosting modern agricuhural development of Chengdu in 12th fiveyearplan. Extensive literature survey combined with field investigation and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out to put forward the key tasks. There were six key tasks as following： Building the chain of modern agricultural technology, cultivating and strengthening advantageous and characteristic industries, setting up headquarters of agricultural research to radiate urban and rural areas named ＂Two cinctures and three circles＂, building agricultural scitech service platform, Strengthening the applications of agricultural hightech and constructing the model line of world modern garden city. Through engineering modeland the integrated propulsion, it would gaven the technology support for building Chengdu as leading modem agricultural demonstration zone in whole nation.
