氮磷钾对西北寒旱区冬油菜生理生化特性的影响

摘    要:在大田条件下,研究氮、磷、钾不同施肥处理对西北寒旱区冬油菜越冬期生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:不同施肥处理对与冬油菜抗性有关的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶蛋白、可溶性糖等生理生化指标都有显著影响,其中P、K施肥处理对冬油菜各个指标的影响显著高于对照,该处理的冬油菜越冬率比CK增加了1.02 %,在各处理中最高,说明P、K配施有利于促进冬油菜安全越冬.

Abstract:Under field condition, different N.P,K treatments were set and with a control (no fertilizer) on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of winter rapaseed in northwest cold and drought region were studied.The results showed that different fertilizer treatments had significant effect on SOD,Pro,soluble protein,soluble sugar and other physiological and biochemical characteristics which relative to the resistance of winter rapeseed.All the physiological and biochemical charac-teristics of PK treatment were higher than that of the control, and the over wintering percentage of that treatment increased of 1.02% than the control and it was the highest treatment among the all, that is to sav, the treatment of PK combined application was beneficial to promote the safe wintering of winter rapeseed.
