静松灵复合麻醉制剂对犬麻醉效果的研究

以静松灵复合麻醉制剂0.2 mL.kg-1对犬颈部肌肉注射,在麻醉前后对犬循环、呼吸功能进行监测,同时观察犬的麻醉效果。结果表明,静松灵复合麻醉剂具有很好的镇静、镇痛、肌松作用,麻醉效果确实。麻醉期间,对呼吸和心率具有轻微的抑制作用;血氧饱和度在整个监测的过程中始终保持在90%以上。综合分析表明,静松灵复合麻醉剂可以满足犬临床常规手术的需要。

Study on xylidinothiazoline compound anesthetic on dogs' anesthesia effect

In this study,the effect of xylidinothiazoline compound anesthetic on dogs were investigated.The dog was injected with xylidinothiazoline compound anesthetic at the dose of 0.2 mL.kg-1 through musculi colli.The circulation system,respiration system and the effects of compound anesthetic were detected.The results showed that xylidinothiazoline had excelent and definite effects of sedation,analgesia and muscule-relaxation.During the whole stage of anesthesia,respiration and heart rate were depressed slightly;the saturation of blood oxygen was over 90% all along.Therefore,it indicated that xylidinothiazoline compound anesthetic could be administered in dogs operations.
