摘    要:采用Transansio全自动生化分析仪、自动冲洗旋转式血液流变仪及Chrono -log4 0 0血小板聚集仪分别测定各试验组动物血脂、血粘度、凝血时间、血小板聚集率脂质过氧化物及载脂蛋白水平的作用。结果 2 0 0mg kg-1·d-1茶多酚处理具有明显降低高脂血症小白鼠的血清TC、TG、LDL -C、apoB10 0 ,升高HDL -C (P

Abstract:Blood lipid,blood viscosity,coagulation time,platelet agglutination rate,lipid hyperoxide and carry lipoprotein level were determined using Transansio automatic biochemical analyzer,automatic rinse spin rheometer and Chrono log 400 platelet agglutinating meter respectively The treatment of 200mg kg -1 d -1 tea polyhenlos could decrease TC,TG,LDL C,apoB 100 and LPO(p<0 01) in blood significantly,while HDL C and blood SOD were increased(p<0 01) The function of apoA 1,blood visciosity,PtA and HCT were decreased(p<0 05) CgT was prolonged. The results implicated that tea polyphenols could adjust blood lipid and possessed the antioxidative activity to lipid,So showed the clinical value
