| 摘 要： | 在剖析导致我国社会经济发展不持续性日益严重的环境问题基础止，提出了实现我国可持续发展的对策：建立与可持续发展相适应的宏观管理机制与评价体系；调整经济政策，运用经济手段和市场机制推进可持续经济发展；加强产权制度建立，通过明晰产权关系，实现资源尤其是可再生资源的持续利用；加速科技进步步伐，促进可持续发展；法制建设是实现可持续发展战略的重要保障。

| Abstract: | Countermeasures for sustainable development in China are:Setting up macroscopic management and evaluation systems corresponding with sustainable development;promoting sustainable economic development by means of economy and mardet machine; setting up regulations of property right,distincting the property relationship,and realizing the sustainable utilization of resources,especially regeneration resources;accelerating the technical progress,promoting sustainable development.Legal system is the guarantee of the strategies of sustainable development. |
