| 摘 要： | 总结了安溪茶产业的发展概况,并运用Hoover系数模型对2004—2011年安溪茶产业的聚集现象进行分析,认为安溪茶产业的聚集程度有下降的趋势;同时从制定专门的发展规划、发展壮大龙头企业、提高茶叶质量安全水平、推进生态茶园构建等方面提出提升安溪茶产业集聚水平的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the development situation of Anxi tea industry,and the degree of Anxi tea industry cluster in the period of 2004-2011 was analyzed by using Hoover coefficients model.The results showed that the degree of Anxi tea industry cluster had a declining trend.In order to promote the development of the degree of Anxi tea industry cluster,this paper put forward the countermeasures which include enacting the special development planning,strengthening the strengths of the leading companies,improving tea safety and quality,and promoting the construction of ecological tea gardens. |
