| 摘 要： | 本文以中国卤虫各个时期的虫体为实验材料，通过对经典的RNA提取方法的改进与筛选，获得中国卤虫各个时期的总RNA。利用该方法提取的中国卤虫各个时期总RNA质量较高，完全能满足后续的分子生物学研究。研究为以卤虫或与卤虫生物学特征相似的实验材料的研究提供了技术参考。

An Efficient Method of Total RNA Extraction from different developmental Artemia sinica |

| Abstract: | By modifying classical extraction methods,total RNA of different developmental stages of Artemia sinica were obtained. High quality total RNA were obtained by the modified method, which could be used in a series of molecular biology reseaches. The study could be taken in the isolation of total RNA from other species of Anemia and Crustaeea. |
