| 摘 要： | 从社区参与旅游发展的基本理论出发,设计相关调查问卷,对全国最大的侗族村寨之一——肇兴侗寨进行实地调查,从参与旅游决策与管理、民居接待与餐饮服务、集体接待表演、民族工艺品的制作与销售、村寨旅游资源与环境保护等方面探讨了肇兴侗寨社区参与乡村旅游开发的现状,分析了其中存在的问题,即旅游发展处于开发的初级阶段、群众参与旅游发展的机会较少、资源保护与旅游利益无法挂钩等,在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策,强调应扩大参与面,提高参与层次,增加群众受益;把握＂不参与就是最大参与＂的原则,对农民进行经济补偿;加强基础设施建设;建立民俗实物博物馆;营造浓重的民族文化氛围;加强与周边村寨的旅游合作,尽量做到＂产业链本地化＂;创建肇兴侗族文化旅游发展研究中心。
