| Abstract: | Taking a new round of Anhui overall rural reform as the background and the field survey information,some typical currently existed problems in the reform were put forward and the inner motivations about the effectiveness of the overall rural reform were explored in order to construct the comprehensive reform of the implementation of policy measures. |
