摘    要:
在调查短葶山麦冬9个主要数量性状的基础上,运用变异分析、相关分析和因子分析对各性状进行统计分析,研究短葶山麦冬性状变异情况及性状间的相关性和内在联系规律。结果表明:短葶山麦冬各单株性状间具有较大的差异;地上部性状与地下部性状具有极显著的相关性;叶长与根长是最易改良的性状;分支数、根数是易于协同改良的性状;单株块根数、多块根根数、单株鲜产量是易于协同改良的性状;分支数、根数与单株块根数、多块根根数、单株鲜产量是不易协同改良的性状。因此,短葶山麦冬种内性状变异较大,各性状间存在较复杂的相互关系,在性状选择与良种繁育时应该注意协调好。

Abstract:
Based on 9 major quantitative characters of L.muscari(Decne.) Bailey,variation,correlation and factor analyses were applied to statistically study the properties of the plant.Significant variations on the characters were observed among the individual L.muscari(Decne.) Bailey.There is a significant correlation between the aboveground and underground characters.The leaf and root length were found to be the traits most easily modified.The number of branches and roots are easily coordinately modified.The quantity of root tubers,the quantity of multi-tuber root and the yield per plant are rarely easy with improved traits;The quantity of branches and toots are not easily modified coorclinately with the quantity of root tubers,the quantity of multi-tuber root and the yield per plant.Accordingly,the intraspecific charater variation of L.muscari(Decne.) Bailey is larger.The relationship among the characteristics are complex.A well coordinated study would be necessary for any characteristic selection and new variety breeding.
