| 摘 要： | 随着计算机的普及、互联网的发展和信忠技术的不断完善,农业科研院所传统的农业科技成果管理模式,已不能适应科技创新对环境的需求,通过互联网接入计算机对相关科研信息进行有效的检索查新,建立科研成果数据库,实现农业科研信息数字化的高效管理模式。
