| 摘 要： | 目的]比较西花蓟马成虫对不同颜色的反应。方法]采用大棚种植康乃馨与田间种群调查相结合法,将不同种颜色的彩色蜡光纸分别卷成筒状(长10.0 cm、直径4.5 cm),在外面涂上石蜡油后悬挂于植株上方10 cm左右,分别测定了4种单一颜色(蓝色、黄色、紫色、褐色)以及不同比例混合色(蓝色+黄色、蓝色+紫色、黄色+紫色)对西花蓟马成虫的引诱效果。结果]蓝色对西花蓟马成虫引诱效果最强,显著高于其他3种颜色;黄色、紫色和褐色3种颜色对西花蓟马的引诱效果无显著差异。混合色对西花蓟马成虫的引诱果均显著低于单一蓝色和黄色。利用黄色板监测西花蓟马田间种群动态的准确性要明显优于蓝色色板。结论]混合色对西花蓟马成虫的引诱效果要明显低于单一颜色。 |
