菜地青菜斑枯病拮抗细菌ZG-10的筛选及鉴定

摘    要:目的]筛选对菜地青菜斑枯病原菌具有拮抗作用的细菌。方法]从各地的土壤中分离到200多株产芽孢细菌,对其进行初筛、复筛,再对抑菌活性较高的产芽孢细菌进行菌体形态、菌落特征的观察及一系列生理生化试验和16SrDNA序列测定。结果]复筛结果表明,菌株ZG-10、ZG-19、ZG-59、ZG-72、ZG-31有显著的抑菌活性,对青菜斑枯病生物防治具有很大的研究价值和应用前景;菌株ZG-10经种属鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)。结论]ZG-10菌株具备生物防治潜力和良好的发展前景。该研究为后续研究奠定了一定的基础,也为拮抗菌株与蛋白多肽在农业上的应用开辟了道路。

Abstract:Objective]The purpose was to screen bacterium with antagonistic action against pathogen of spot blotch disease in pakchoi in vegetable field.Method]More than 200 strains of spore-producing bacteria were isolated from soil of every place.The spore-producing bacteria with higher bacteriostasis activity were selected through primary screening and secondary screening and then their thallus shapes and colony characters were observed and a series of physiological and biochemical tests and sequence determination...
