高校辅导员胜任力现状与影响因素调查研究

基于高校辅导员的胜任力现状以及影响胜任力因素的调查,发现高校辅导员在知识结构中普遍感到缺乏心理学、法律等知识;在能力结构中,问题解决能力和突发事件的应变能力,以及学生发展辅导能力比较缺乏。影响辅导员工作胜任力的因素,主要是辅导员工作界限模糊、职后培训乏力、评价制度不完善等等。

A Survey on College Student Counselor's Competence and Their Influencing Factors

On the basis of a survey on college student counselor＇s competence and their influencing factors, the present author discovered that problems such as the lack of psychological and legal knowledge in the knowledge structure of student counselors, the lack of the resourceful and independent abilities for dealing with hard problems as well as emergencies, and the lack of the advisory competence to serve students. The influencing factors include vaguely defined responsibilities, weak in-service training, and imperfect evaluation system.
