红叶石楠不同品种的组培技术研究

摘    要:通过对红叶石楠2个主要品种"红罗宾"、"鲁宾斯"外植体诱导、继代增殖及生根培养的研究结果表明:红叶石楠2个品种继代增殖率及生根率均存在显著差异。"鲁宾斯"、"红罗宾"最佳增殖培养基分别为B5+6-BA 2.0 mg.L-1+NAA 0.5mg.L-1、B5+6-BA 2.0 mg.L-1+NAA 0.1 mg.L-1。"红罗宾"在1/2 MS+ABT 1.0 mg.L-1+IBA 0.1 mg.L-1培养基中生根率达95%~100%,而"鲁宾斯"的生根率仅49%。

Abstract:Tissue culture technique of two main varieties of Photinia fraseri——Red Robin and Rubens was studied by explants induction,shoot proliferation,and roots formation culture,The results indicated that the proliferation rate and rooting rate of the two varieties were significant difference.The optimal multiplication media for Red Robin and Rubens were B5+6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1 and B5+6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1,respectively.The rooting medium for Red Robin was 1/2MS+ABT 1.0 mg·L-1+IBA 0.1 mg·L-1 with rooting rate 95% to 100%,and The rooting medium for Rubens was 1/2MS+ABT 1.0 mg·L-1+IBA 0.1 mg·L-1 with rooting rate 49% only.
