姬松茸多糖对非电离辐射损伤的恢复效应

摘    要:研究姬松茸菌丝体多糖对紫外线诱变后果蝇的突变率、体重、总抗氧化能力的影响?结果1.25%和2.5%的多糖可以降低果蝇F1代的突变率,增加体重和提高果蝇头部的总抗氧化能力。结论:姬松茸菌丝体多糖具有一定的防护辐射能力。

Abstract:Polysaccharide was isolated from mycelium of Agaricus blazei by hot water extraction.Two time spans of UV radiated Drosophila melarogaster and the rates of mutation,weight and the activity of T-AOC of Drosophila melarogaster are tested.The results showed that 1.25% and 2.5% mycelial polysaccharides from Agaricus blazei could decreas the rates of mutation in filiall generation.Meanwhile,the polysaccharides could increase the weight and enhance the activity of T-AOC in the heads of Drosophila melarogaster.Conclusion the mycelial polysaccharides from Agaricus blazei could be proved to play an essential role in antimutagenicity.
