| 摘 要： | 随着寡肽吸收理论的提出及其生理活性的发现,生物活性肽(或寡肽)已成为医药、食品等领域的研究热点。同时,一些学者也把此项研究延伸到饲料领域。本文综述了生物活性肽(或寡肽)尤其是大豆生物活性肽在吸收理论、生物功能等方面的研究进展及其在动物生产中的应用现状。并指出生物活性肽(或寡肽)作为一种安全高效的饲料添加剂,其开发与应用具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Bioactive peptides or oligopeptides have been a research focus in medicine and food science field since putting forward of the oligopeptide assimilate theory and discovery of its biological activity.At the same time,some scholars have put their eyes into feed science field.This paper reviewed research advances in bioactive peptide or oilgopeptide especially in soybean peptides,including assimilate theory and biological functions,as well as its appilications in animal production.It is pointed out that the exploration and application of bioactive peptides feed additive is significant. |
