摘    要:本文针对曲轴产品提高机械性能进行研究分析,从使用材料和热处理工艺等方面进行试验,对用40CrMo合金钢为原材科制作的曲轴产品,进行热处理机械性能试验、组织检验等分析,找出了机械性能较低的原因,导致使用寿命降低,提出有效的热处理方案,从而来提高曲轴的机械性能和使用寿命.

Abstract:In the paper,research and analysis were made to improve the mechanical properties of crankshaft product,the test was made from material to heat treatment process and other aspects.Heat treatment mechanical properties test、structure inspection and other analysis were made for the crankshaft product made of 40CrMo.We found the reason for poor mechanical properties and life reduction,and put forward effective heat treatment scheme,so that we can improve the mechanical properties of crankshaft product.
