蒙古黄榆愈伤诱导及植株再生的初步研究

摘    要:以蒙古黄榆无菌苗叶片与茎段为外植体,研究了不同生长调节剂组合对蒙古黄榆愈伤组织诱导及分化的影响,并获得了完整的再生植株.结果表明:最佳外植体为无菌苗叶片,诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基组合为MS +2,4-D 1.5mg/L+6- BA 0.2mg/L;愈伤组织分化的最佳培养基组合为MS+IAA 5.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0mg/L;诱导生根的最佳培养基组合为1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IBA.

Abstract:The effect of hormone on the callus induction and differentiation of leaves and stem of Ulmus macrocarpa var.mongolica was studied.And an efficiency regeneration System of the plant was established.The results showed:leaves was the best explants for the tissue culture,the optimum medium for callus induction from leaves was MS+ 1.5mg/L 2,4-D+0.2mg/L6-BA.The optimum medium for callus differentiation was MS+ 5.0mg/LIAA+ 1.0mg/L6-BA;and the adventitious root was induced on 1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IBA.
