光合细菌固定化降解萘的研究

摘    要:用海藻酸钠做载体,用包埋法将降解萘的光合细菌菌株固定化.对固定化细菌降解萘的条件作了研究.结果表明,在pH7.0,3000lx光照度,固定化颗粒250粒和温度30℃的条件下,光合细菌对初始浓度为29mg/L的萘在72h内的降解率高达99%以上.

Abstract:Cells of photosynthetic bacteria stain were entrapped in sodium alginate.The optimum conditions for degradation of naphthalene were investigated.The results showed that under the optimum conditions of 30℃,pH7.0,3000lx,250 immobilized particles and naphthalene mass concentration of 29mg/L,the degradation rate of naphthalene reached more than 99% in 72h.
