鹿茸干细胞与鹿茸再生

摘    要:鹿茸是唯一能够完全再生的哺乳动物器官,因而成为良好的生物医学研究模型。研究发现,鹿茸的再生是一个基于干细胞的过程,其内在的生长机制和调控模式对再生医学等研究领域具有重大的意义。本文对鹿茸的组织学、形态学及鹿茸干细胞的发现/鉴定进行了总结,进而探讨了鹿茸干细胞内与再生相关的基因。
