| 摘 要： | 黄酮类化合物是植物经光合作用产生的,以2-苯基色原酮为母核的一类低分子天然物质,在母核上连接有羟基、羟氧基等结构不同的黄酮,具有抗氧化活性。文章综述了黄酮类化合物抗氧化活性大小与其结构的关系和测定黄酮类化合物抗氧化性的方法。

| Abstract: | Flavonoids which constructed by 2-phenylchromone is a natural low-molecular and photosynthesis product. Hydroxyl, hydroxyl-oxygen connected with 2-phenylchromone and formed various flavonoids. The basic character of flavonoids is that they have anti-oxidative activities. This paper reviewed the relationship between flavonoids structure and anti-oxidation activity and measurements for flavonoids anti-oxidation. |
