摘    要:种子是重要的农业生产资料,种子纯度是保证农作物品种增产潜力得以发挥的关键因素,开展种子纯度鉴定对保证种子质量具有重要意义。随着现代分子生物学的发展,DNA分子标记技术在种子纯度鉴定上的应用越来越广泛。文章综述了几种DNA分子标记技术的原理及其在种子纯度鉴定上的应用进展,分析了各技术的优缺点,为种子纯度鉴定技术的选择提供依据。

Abstract:Seed is an important agricultural product material,and seed purity is the key factor on playing the potential of yield increasing for improved variety,therefore,seed purity identification is of important significance to ensure seed quality.With the development of modern molecular biology,the application of DNA molecular marker technology on seed purity identification is more extensive.In the paper,the mechanism of several DNA molecular marker technologies was summarized,as well its application on seed purity identification.Moreover,the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies were analyzed to provide the basis for selecting identification technology of seed purity.
