蔗糖对低磷胁迫条件下大豆苗期根系形态和物质积累的影响

摘    要:为了研究施加外源蔗糖对低磷胁迫下苗期大豆的影响,以两个不同磷效率大豆为试验材料,设置3个磷浓度水平(0,0.05和0.50 mmol·L~(-1))和2个蔗糖浓度水平(0%和1%)处理,测定幼苗时期不同处理下大豆根系形态、蔗糖含量、磷积累和植株生物量的积累特征。结果显示:加入蔗糖后,磷高效品种的根尖数由平均高于磷低效大豆的28.5%升高至88.9%,蔗糖含量、根系磷积累以及根系生物量平均升高15.5%、7.2%和26.6%;而磷低效品种蔗糖含量、根系磷积累以及根系生物量平均升高18.4%、31.7%和50.6%。表明蔗糖处理对磷低效品种在生物量积累以及养分吸收方面影响更显著。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of exogenous sucrose on the response mechanism of soybean seedling to low phosphorus stress,this study was conducted with two different phosphorus (P) efficient soybeans,three P concentrations (0,0.05 and 0.50 mmol·L-1) and two sucrose levels (0% and 1%),to investigate the traits of root morphology,sucrose content,P accumulation and plant biomass at soybean seedling stage.The results showed:For the low P efficient soybean,sucrose application enlarged the increment in root tip numbers of the high P efficient soybean than the low P efficient soybean,from 28.5% to 88.9%,compared with no sucrose application.Sucrose application increased the sucrose content,root phosphorus accumulation and the root biomass averagely by 15.5%,7.2% and 26.6%,respectively.For the low P efficient soybean,the sucrose content,root phosphorus accumulation and the root biomass increased 18.4%,31.7%,and 50.6%,respectively.This result indicated that sucrose application affacted more significantly on biomass accumulation and nutrient absorption for the low P efficient soybeans.
